acquired two shipyards in both Singapore and Batam Island,
Indonesia to service its fleet of more than 45 vessels and to build
new ones. The Yard in Singapore has 2 Slipways with heavy lifts
capabilities for repairing most offshore tugs barges and
conventional vessels. The Yard in Batam has a drydock (130 m X 40 m)
capable of taking in large accommodation and lay barges. It also has
a long 220 meter wharf and cranage facilities
